Can't go to the seaside and not have fish and chips and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the price and portion size.i got fish chips and mushy peas for just over a fiver and the fish was amazing. Keep up the good work guys. Kid-friendliness My granddaughter had chicken nuggets and chips from the kids menu and she scoffed the lot which is good cause she is one fussy eater
I am a sucker for non-chain cafes and small places and this fits the bill. We went here as we were looking for a cheap meal and this is what the Google algorithm spat out to us. Upon entering we were greeted with a bustling seating area, which is always a good sign, full of locals and regulars as they were chatting away with the servers. We found our seat and the waitress offered to either take our order now or when we had sat down. We sat down and we were amazed at the incredible value of the menu. Now cheap ess nowadays usually means low quality but we nonetheless ordered and our expectations were blown away. I ordered the fish special and every element of the meal was sublime. The fish was fresh with a light, crispy batter and fresh chips which were crisp. The quality of the food far surpassed the value. Absolutely beautiful food!! We spent a couple days in rhyl, first day we went to a cafe called silver's, the owners seem to be more interested in neighbourhood watch than making good food then on the second day we found this place, we were so gutted we didn't find it on the first day, the food was very nice and the staff were so friendly, fantastic atmosphere, the food didn't take long to come out, was still great taste and cheap too, I definitely recommend them and won't go anywhere else in future, thanks guys.
