Today we took our 3 year old Alsation, Hollie, for her first ever professional grooming session. After reading many reviews we opted for Barking Mad groomers at Rhyl. So glad we chose well. The staff were very kind and attentive to Hollie. I had half expected Hollie to be a little anxious in a situation unusual to her but she settled in very well. After a pamper session she looks and smells amazing and has spent the evening parading about in full diva mode! Money well spent and we already booked next appointment.
Took my Labrador Freddie today. Excellent service, wonderfully friendly staff. They took into consideration my the fact that my big dog gets anxious around the dryers and went over the time stayed to ensure he wouldn't get too stressed out. It was out first time there and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for taking time to make sure Freddie was not too stressed xxx
What a fabulous place! Was recommended by a friend & I was unsure as Badger is hyper & hates being without me. Won't let me dry him never mind groom him yet here he is putty in their hands! The staff are fabulous with him & he get the 5* treatment. We arrived for his birthday only to find presents and personalised banners. No wonder he almost dislocates my arm as we approach the shop!! Highly recommended as a 1st class groomer with a difference! x
